Utah Family Defenders Association Videos

In an ongoing effort to put as many useful tools in the hands of our members as possible, in 2016 the UFDA partnered with Utah's Court Improvement Program to produce a parent video. The purpose of this video was to provide parents with a basic outline of how their child welfare case would proceed in Utah's Juvenile Court System. In addition to the main video, the UFDA and CIP were able to produce four FAQ-style videos that briefly go into further detail on some additional topics referenced in the main video. All of the videos are available on the PDA's YouTube channel and are embedded on this page. The videos are intended for distribution by our members to their clients as an additional reference to help parents navigate the child welfare landscape more successfully.
