The Parental Defense Alliance

The Parental Defense Alliance of Utah is a non-profit organization created to provide continuing education and support opportunities for attorneys who represent parents in child welfare proceedings. From removal to reunification, at termination of parental rights, parental defense attorneys are committed, dedicated advocates, well-versed in the laws and practice of child welfare law in the juvenile courts. We are proud to serve them.

Please Update Your Membership Records!

It has come to our attention that some of our members may not be getting all of our emails. We want to make sure you are all aware of the various training opportunities and resources we make available to our members. Please take a moment to make sure your membership records are updated by clicking on the "Membership Login" button on the upper right hand side of this screen. Once you have signed in and double checked that your information is correct, please also take a moment to submit a renewal for your membership. There is no cost to do this, and it should not effect whether or not you receive our emails, but we would rather err on the side of caution!
