Subject:	I have a question about a specific case.
Comments:	I have a case right now where the biological mothers rights were recently terminated. I represent the maternal grandparents. Both the maternal and the paternal grandparents have filed a petition for adoption. The child is currently placed with the paternal grandparents and has been placed there since March of 2007. The paternal grandparents have a criminal history that is approximately 10 years old. I am wondering about Adam Walsh and whether the child should have been placed with the paternal grandparents because of their criminal background.
