Funds Available To Assist Parents PDA has funds available to help indigent parents with some of
the costs of an appeal, including costs for the attorney to get assistance from
a paralegal. The funding is not contingent upon the use of a particular
paralegal, but is offered to provide the assistance of any paralegal
with experience with child welfare appeals.
If you represent a parent who needs financial assistance with
