The Parental Defense Alliance of Utah is dedicated to helping improve outcomes for Utah's families.  We exist to provide education and support to attorneys who represent parents in Juvenile Court child welfare proceedings.  Whether the case involves removal of a child from his/her home or in-home protective supervision services, knowledge of DCFS practices and policies, and diligent and creative representation for parents improves outcomes for children and their families.
